Cadet Program: Charting Your Future

Our cadet program is structured to give future officers early exposure to onboard operations, vessel routines, and teamwork in a professional environment. We welcome candidates who are focused, disciplined, and eager to learn.

Who Can Apply

We accept applications from cadets currently enrolled in recognized maritime academies and holding valid documentation. Candidates must be ready for work onboard and committed to continuous learning and growth.

Phase
Mentorship Focus
Phase 1: Onboarding 1–2 Months
Familiarization with ship routines, company policies, and safety practices
Phase 2: First Sea Phase 4-6 Months
Participation in daily operations, watch-keeping, drills, and maintenance tasks under supervision
Phase 3: Final Sea Phase 4–6 Months
Increased responsibility, involvement in cargo or technical operations, and task reporting
Post-Cadet Phase
Cadets who demonstrate professionalism, discipline, and strong performance may be considered for future junior officer roles within our fleet
